1. Explanations of Document Types

Clear / clean title – valid documents / suitable for repair and registration;
Salvage title – damaged vehicle documents / suitable for repair and registration;
Junk title – cannot be restored or registered;
No title/parts only – no documents or the vehicle is suitable only for parts / cannot be restored or registered;
Non repairable – unrepairable, cannot be restored or registered;
Scrap certificate of title – cannot be restored or registered;
Bill of sale – cannot be restored or registered;
Certificate of destruction – cannot be restored or registered;
Wait certificate – waiting for the document to be issued.

2. Explanations of Damage Types

All over – vehicle is damaged in many areas (more than 2);
Biohazardous/chemical – damage from chemicals or blood;
Burn engine – engine damaged by fire;
Burn interior – interior damaged by fire;
Burn – burned vehicle;
Front end – front damage/impact to the front;
Hail – hail damage;
Mechanical – defects in the engine, electrical, transmission, axle;
No visible damage – no visible damage – could be completely undamaged or broken down;
Reject repair – vehicle repaired after an accident, but the owner rejected it for unknown reasons;
Rollover – vehicle has rolled over;
Rear end – rear damage/impact to the rear;
Side – damage to the side of the vehicle;
Stripped – vehicle has been stripped, parts stolen, doused with chemicals;
Top/roof – roof deformation/damage;
Unknown – unknown damage, could be undamaged;
Undercarriage – vehicle hit from underneath, possible chassis damage;
Vandalism – vehicle damaged by vandalism;
Water/flood – water-damaged/flooded vehicle.

3. Explanations of Mileage Types

Actual – actual mileage;
Not actual – odometer damaged, mileage unknown;
Exceeds mechanical limits – mileage of older cars is irrelevant and not recorded;
Exempt – old cars, trucks, boats, and buses are exempt from mileage recording.

4. What is an EORI Code?

EORI code is used to identify economic operators and other persons when dealing with customs, i.e., carrying out customs formalities (import, export, transit customs procedures, applying for permits provided for by customs rules, etc.).
